The 4th floors studios can be rented by the hour.

The 4th Floor Studios is a space for hire like no other in East London. Upon arrival your guests will enter via an unassuming doorway and be wowed by our large studios offering unique character. It is complete with props, seating and mirrors.

We have two adjoining studios on the 4th floor, which can be booked individually or as a whole, the daylight and adjoining blackout studio, with a total of over 3000 sq ft of space (maximum capacity 145).

There is also an outside space with bamboo roof terrace and a huge roof top with view of East London skylines.

The space is fully equipped with AV equipment (projector/screen, flip charts, microphones etc).

It also contains:

• chairs and tables
• Wi-Fi
• funky props and all furniture in the studio
• games
• up lighting
• top of the range Yamaha PA music system/speakers
• air conditioning

The 4th floors studios also has an upright piano in this studio. We are fully licensed to sell alcohol and have an in house chef happy to discuss menus if needed, we are equally happy if you want to use outside catering.

Parking is located on Nelson street behind the studio. No designated disabled bay though and limited spaces first come first served. On street pay and display bays situated on side streets around studio and biggest cheapest car park is Tobacco Dock (15 minute walk)
