Offering over 5,000 square feet of refined, versatile space, this exceptional floating venue provides an unforgettable setting for corporate meetings, workshops, networking events, photoshoots and filming. Moored in a prestigious London marina, it combines industrial heritage with modern luxury and breathtaking skyline views.

Originally built as a 1920s steel barge, the houseboat has been transformed into a contemporary event space that blends character, style and comfort. The expansive foredeck features a retractable glass enclosure, creating a bright, weatherproof area perfect for meetings, team sessions or receptions overlooking Tower Bridge.

Inside, the venue includes five spacious rooms, two sitting areas, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, and a dedicated office with panoramic views. Luxurious touches such as four bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a sauna ensure guests enjoy both practicality and indulgence. A striking hanging log burner serves as a centrepiece, adding warmth and personality to the space.

Located in a vibrant marina surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and weekend markets, the houseboat offers convenience, inspiration and a truly distinctive backdrop for professional and creative events.
