The New Victorian Loft is a bright and versatile event space located in a fully renovated paper factory on Underwood Street, just five minutes from Old Street Station. Spanning 2,433 sq ft, it offers an elegant mix of industrial character and modern comfort, ideal for professional gatherings and creative productions.

This spacious loft can host up to 180 guests standing and is perfectly suited for corporate meetings, workshops, networking events, photo shoots, and film productions. It can be booked on its own or combined with the adjoining Chalet and New White Loft for larger events or multi-room use.

The building features a modern reception area with a communal lounge, coffee station, cycle storage, lockers, a drying room, and full air conditioning. Two passenger lifts provide easy access, and the venue is fully DDA compliant with wheelchair-friendly facilities and bathrooms.

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, The New Victorian Loft benefits from excellent transport links, with Old Street, Moorgate, and Liverpool Street stations all within easy reach. This is a space designed for creativity, collaboration, and unforgettable experiences.
