The Wilmington Square Studio is a beautifully renovated Georgian flat that blends historic charm with modern design, creating an elegant setting for professional and creative events. Located on the first floor of a Grade II-listed building in Holborn, the space offers a refined and versatile environment for meetings, workshops, photo shoots, video productions, and private gatherings.

Set within a peaceful garden square, the flat provides a serene escape in the heart of central London. Large sash windows fill the rooms with natural light, while the high ceilings, period fireplaces, original shutters, and polished pine floorboards add warmth and authenticity. The bright living area overlooks the green square, making it a perfect space for both hosting and filming.

Ideal for corporate events, content creation, product launches, interviews, cooking shows, or editorial shoots, the studio combines practicality with timeless elegance. Its quiet location, abundance of daylight, and flexible layout make it an exceptional choice for professionals seeking a stylish, characterful backdrop.

Whether you’re producing creative content or hosting an intimate offsite, Wilmington Square Studio delivers sophistication, comfort, and inspiration in equal measure.
