The expansive main area features dramatic double-height ceilings and an abundance of natural light, thanks to a full-length skylight that bathes the interior in a soft, diffused glow. Rich in texture and history, the space showcases original brickwork and reclaimed wood floors, complemented by curated antique accents and architectural details that add depth and personality.

Whether you're capturing a photoshoot, filming a branded video, hosting a team strategy day, or celebrating a milestone, Stable Light Studio offers the flexibility to make your vision a reality. The layout is open yet layered, offering multiple zones for staging, collaboration, or entertaining. A vintage-meets-modern staircase leads to an upper level that can be used for breakout sessions, styling prep, or quiet planning time.

Additional amenities include a dedicated prep area with clothing racks and mirrors, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for catering or self-serve setups, and modern restrooms. For added convenience, there is limited courtyard parking available, with additional free on-street parking nearby.

Positioned just minutes from Liverpool Street via public transport, the studio is easily accessible from central London while maintaining a tucked-away, private feel that makes every event or production feel special.

Please leave the space as you found it.
Adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times.
Notify the host if you wish to use the bedrooms.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only, no smoking inside the studio.
No alcohol is to be consumed on site.
No noise after 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbours and others using the space.
The space is best suited for photo and video shoots, it's not ideal for team-building events or similar activities.
Please remove all rubbish from the site at the end of the day.
Bins are available in the driveway for a reasonable amount of waste.
Most items in the unit can be used as props. Please return everything to its original position after use.
Take care not to damage the space, furniture, or equipment.
Be especially gentle with the plants — they are fragile.
Children must be accompanied if accessing the rear mezzanine.
The terrace may be used, but please get approval first.
Catering is allowed, and eating on site is fine. However, all food prep and cooking must be done in the green room.

- Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

- Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days and 24 hours prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

- Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time are non-refundable.
