Welcome to The Loft Studio, a spacious, design-led urban retreat that offers the perfect setting for everything from high-end productions and off-site meetings to private celebrations and overnight stays. Nestled in a character-filled building, this versatile space blends industrial charm with modern elegance, creating a backdrop that suits both professional and social occasions.

Flooded with natural light from oversized windows and featuring soaring ceilings, the main room offers an open canvas for creativity. Whether you're filming a commercial, shooting a fashion editorial, hosting a brand activation, or running a leadership workshop, the adaptable layout supports a wide range of uses.

The Loft Studio includes three private rooms that can be used as breakout zones, dressing rooms, or prep spaces. A striking vintage-inspired bar adds visual flair and functionality for festive occasions or hospitality setups, while the modular open area allows for reconfiguration based on your needs, from seated dinners to dynamic team-building activities.

Lounge areas with bold, eclectic styling and plush seating offer a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for informal chats, networking, or wind-down moments. The space also includes removable elements like a ping pong table and dining setup, giving you full control over the environment.

Outdoor space is available for gatherings that extend beyond the walls, ideal for receptions, creative activations, or relaxed summer evenings. After the event winds down, guests or hosts can retreat to the private sleeping quarters, making it easy to turn a day event into an overnight experience.

- Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

- Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days and 24 hours prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

- Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time are non-refundable.
