You can host a variety of events, including corporate meetings, team-building sessions, product launches, private dinners, photoshoots, and film shoots. Each property has its own unique charm and atmosphere, ideal for creating intimate and creative environments for professional or personal gatherings.

Simply browse our spaces, select your preferred venue, choose your event type and dates, then submit a booking request. Our team will review the request and coordinate with the property owner. You’ll receive confirmation and further instructions once the booking is approved.

The booking fee typically covers the use of the property for the agreed time frame. Some properties may include additional amenities like kitchen access, Wi-Fi, and basic event furniture (e.g., chairs and tables). Please check the specific listing for details. Extra services like catering, cleaning, or equipment hire may be available at an additional cost.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to most properties. However, if you'd prefer, we can also recommend professional catering services. Please confirm any special arrangements directly with our team.

Cleaning services are not always included in the booking fee. Some properties may offer cleaning as an additional service, or you may be responsible for leaving the property in the same condition you found it. This will be outlined in your booking agreement.

The cancellation policy varies by property and booking agreement. Please review the cancellation terms specific to the property you're booking. If you need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our support team.

It’s best to arrange any extensions in advance, as properties may be booked by other clients. If you need more time on the day, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Any homeowner (or long-term lease-holder with the landlord’s written permission) whose property is located in Greater London and offers enough space, safety, and accessibility for professional events such as meetings, workshops, photo-shoots, or private dinners, can apply to host. Every listing is inspected and meticulously vetted by our team before it goes live.

Woolly Mammoth focuses on professional events happening during the day (meetings, workshop, creative shoots, etc.) as well as early evening gatherings (such as corporate dinner). Late-night parties aren’t accepted. This keeps wear-and-tear low and avoid any noise complaint from the neighbors.

Reach out to us via the “Contact us” page clickable in the footer and give us a brief introduction of yourself and the property you are looking to rent out. A member of the onboarding team will schedule a call to finalise the listing.

Woolly Mammoth applies a variable commission on each booking, which is tailored based on:

  • The type of event (e.g. a simple daytime meeting versus a multi-day shoot or product launch).
  • The level of involvement required from the Woolly Mammoth team to help prepare and deliver the event (e.g. logistics, coordination, suppliers, etc.).

This commission is included in the price shown to clients, and your net payout will always be clearly displayed before you accept a booking. The Payout will always be discussed and agreed with you prior to accepting any bookings. 

Payouts are issued via bank transfer within 24h after the event ends and after confirmation everything went smoothly.

All bookings include:

  • A mandatory security deposit held by Woolly Mammoth until you confirm there was no damage.
  • Public-liability coverage arranged through the platform.
  • A dedicated event manager on call the day of the hire to resolve issues quickly.
  • If damage does occur, Woolly Mammoth mediates the claim and withholds funds from the deposit or guest card on file. 

Standard cleaning before the event is the host’s responsibility, but you may charge a cleaning fee or use Woolly Mammoth’s preferred suppliers to arrange for cleaning before and after the event. Event-day set-up help (moving furniture, AV checks, etc.) can be arranged through the platform’s concierge team.

Woolly Mammoth guarantees its hosts bespoke support and advice at every step, including:

  • A personnal account manager helping you at every step in the organisation of the event
  • Pricing guidance based on market data.
  • Tips to improve your property and maximise bookings.
  • On-site or virtual event coordination.
  • 24/7 emergency phone line on event days.

2. We pride ourselves on offering truly unique venues that you won't find anywhere else. Our portfolio includes converted brewery lofts, artistic townhouses, industrial workshop spaces, creative studios, and other characterful properties. Each space has been carefully selected for its distinctive atmosphere and event potential.

Our cancellation policy varies by venue and timing, but we always aim to be fair and flexible. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial or full refunds. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms for each venue before booking, as some unique spaces have different policies. But as a general rule, our cancellation policy is as follow:

  • Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days and 24 hours prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time are non-refundable.

Refunds to users are only applicable when a cancellation request is submitted through the Woolly Mammoth platform (via our chat space in the specific booking enquiry). Please review the cancellation policy carefully before finalizing a booking request to understand the refund eligibility in case of cancellation.

Our daily rates typically range from £1000 to £2,000 per day, depending on the venue size, location, and unique features. Each space is individually priced based on its offerings and capacity. All pricing details are clearly displayed on each venue listing.
