Access & Capacity
Access time is the same as the confirmed hire time.
Maximum total capacity: 100 guests, when including exclusive use of the upstairs meeting room.
Venue Use & Restrictions
No fixings, nails, tape, or adhesives may be applied to any walls or surfaces.
Noise must be kept to ambient levels at all times.
No loud music is permitted within the venue or courtyard.
The kitchen is available for use, but there is no hob or open-flame cooking permitted.
No open flames of any kind (including candles) are allowed on site.
No smoking anywhere on the premises, including the outdoor courtyard and garden.
Food & Drink
Corkage fee applies for bringing your own alcoholic beverages.
Self-catering or use of an external caterer is permitted with prior consent from the venue.
Outdoor Spaces
Use of the outdoor courtyard is allowed with prior consent from the venue team.
- Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days and 24 hours prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time are non-refundable.
- Refunds to users are only applicable when a cancellation request is submitted through the Woolly Mammoth platform (via our chat space in the specific booking enquiry).
