- • You are requested to leave the space as you found it.
- • You must adhere to the agreed timings, particularly for check in and check out.
- • Late check out may incur an additional fee.
- • Notify the host if you wish to use the bedrooms.
- • You may smoke but only outdoors. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the flat or in the stairwell.
- • Please do not disturb the neighbours and ensure that the rights of others are respected.
- • Keep noise down in the stairwell and common areas, keep the front door shut, and do not prop open the street level door. This is not a barn.
- • Please ensure that you do not damage the space, the property, or the equipment.
- • You are responsible for anything damaged or lost during the shoot, as well as any liabilities or injuries while on site.
- • No deliveries or equipment storage is allowed outside of the hours booked.
- • Any movements of large furniture must be agreed in advance. The sofa cannot be moved.
- • All items must be returned to their original location by the end of your booking. Take photos if needed to ensure proper placement.
- • Failure to return items will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- • No stiletto heels are permitted on the hardwood floors. Bring floor protection for anything sharp or heavy.
- • Tea, coffee, and water are provided.
- • All common milks including cow, oat, almond, and coconut will be available.
- • Please do not take any food or drink from the kitchen that is not yours.
- • Outside catering is allowed.
- • Any type of professional event is welcome as long as it aligns with the space’s intended use.
- • Parking is not provided and must be arranged by the booker.
- • Verbal abuse toward the host or anyone else will not be tolerated.
- Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations submitted within 7 calendar days and 24 hours prior to the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time are non-refundable.
- Refunds to users are only applicable when a cancellation request is submitted through the Woolly Mammoth platform (via our chat space in the specific booking enquiry). Please review the cancellation policy carefully before finalizing a booking request to understand the refund eligibility in case of cancellation.
