Located beside the peaceful Regent’s Canal, Riverside Studios offers a collection of modern, light-filled spaces perfect for professional and creative events alike. Ideal for meetings, workshops, team-building sessions, photoshoots, filming, or private screenings, these studios combine flexibility, comfort, and style in a central London location.

Each studio features a 65″ OLED TV, whiteboard, and high-speed 500GB Wi-Fi for effortless connectivity. OWL video conferencing can be arranged for hybrid or virtual meetings. The adaptable layouts can be arranged in cabaret, classroom, or boardroom formats, while a cosy breakout area with sofas and armchairs provides space to relax between sessions. Selected studios also include fun extras such as table tennis.

Natural light enhances the bright interiors, with scenic canal views creating a calm and motivating backdrop. Guests can enjoy breaks outdoors by the water or grab refreshments from the on-site café in the cobbled courtyard. A fully equipped kitchen offers complimentary tea, coffee, and water throughout the day.

The hire period is from 9am to 6pm, unless otherwise agreed. Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. All props / catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period.
All domestic rubbish (food packaging, drinks containers) must be placed in bin bags and left just outside the internal doors of the studio. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority.
Unfortunately any accidental damage must be paid for. Clients should ensure they have adequate public
liability insurance in case of any accidents. Riverside Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during
the hire or left on site after the hire period.
It is not permitted to smoke in any part of the studio.

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
