- The hire period is from 9am to 6pm, unless otherwise agreed. Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. All props / catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period.
- All domestic rubbish (food packaging, drinks containers) must be placed in bin bags and left just outside the internal doors of the studio. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority.
- Unfortunately any accidental damage must be paid for. Clients should ensure they have adequate public
- liability insurance in case of any accidents. Riverside Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during
- the hire or left on site after the hire period.
- It is not permitted to smoke in any part of the studio.
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
