Located in a beautifully converted East London building, the First and Fourth Floor Studios offer two distinctive spaces designed to host corporate meetings, workshops, networking events, photoshoots and filming. Together, they provide over 5,000 sq ft of bright, flexible space that can be booked individually or combined for larger events and productions.

The Fourth Floor Studio sits at the top of the building and features two spacious, interconnected rooms and a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city skyline. The interior blends industrial character with creative flair, complete with curated props, mirrors and lounge seating. The terrace, clad in bamboo, provides a stylish outdoor area perfect for open-air receptions, sunset shoots or relaxed networking. The studio is fully equipped with lighting, sound and AV systems, musical instruments, WiFi, tables and chairs. It is also licensed to serve alcohol, with the option to collaborate with the in-house chef or bring your own catering.

The First Floor Studio offers 2,000 sq ft of bright, contemporary space featuring elegant wooden floors, white brick walls and large windows that flood the room with natural light. A grand piano adds a refined touch, while high-quality audiovisual facilities and access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen make it ideal for both professional events and creative productions. The minimalist design provides a clean, adaptable canvas that can be styled for everything from workshops to private celebrations.
